Art Space

Inner-City Arts now offers distance learning so youth everywhere can study with our professional teaching artists, build skills, and benefit from creative play.

May 28 - June 4 | Create Art. Share Heart. Inspire the World!

Join us on Instagram and #spreadheART!

Right now, people want to support their community in a way that inspires joy, sparks hope, and creates connections. That’s why we’ve partnered with @instagram to launch #spreadheART, an initiative that highlights stories of people creating art during this time. Our interconnected feed post has gathered celebrated global artists and students to show how they are creating art, sharing their heart, and inspiring the world. Will you join them? Your creations from around the world will be selected for a #spreadheART visualization that will be projected outside Inner-City Arts’ Skid Row campus and other iconic LA landmarks.

Free Online Art Activities!

Tune in to our Virtual Studio for instructional meetups with teaching artists and self-paced mini-projects, as well as community gatherings and arts performances from The Rosenthal Theater. Art forms include Visual Arts, Creativity Lab, Dance, Drama, Music, Ceramics, Digital Photography, Film Production, Graphic Design and Animation.

Follow #artspace_ica on Instagram to discover activities as they post!
