When your father is Helios, god of the sun, all you need is a license before you get to drive his chariot across the sky, right?

As we drive ever faster into an uncertain future, Phaeton’s Driving Test trades in themes of youth, independence, the trials of drivers ed, and the responsibilities of stewarding our earth by drawing upon a few of the many myths in Ovid’s Metamorphoses.

Featuring the performing arts interns of Inner-City Arts’ Work of Art program, this show for teens by teens is crafted by celebrated playwright Megan Tabaque
